  • A Code of Ethics?

How about opining UNDER the US Constitution AND the Declaration of Independence.
How about establishing the necessity of a Foundation of Morality for the Law?
How about opining only on jurisdictions they are limited to?
How about being able to define "Woman," "Not," "Sex," "Male," "Jurisdiction," "Freedom," "Liberty?" for a few.

  • A SCOTUS code of ethics?
    Sounds fine at first glance.

The Justices being at the apex of federal juris prudence,
who will initiate an evaluation of any Justices' conduct?

Those who are also liable for evaluation?
(are you seeing a conflict of interest here)

But if such Justices are above reproach in self-regulation,
why the need for codified evaluation of others in conduct?
