  • Congress can impeach. Samuel Chase was impeached but aquitted by the Senate in 1804.

Article III states Justices serve 1) only during good behavior amd they must opine/decide 2) under the Constitution. IOW they are impeachable for violating Art. III's limitations upon them and for violating our rights which come from God, not government. Therefore, .....adding special protections for transgender (sexual) behaviors to already existing law in Title VII Civil Rights legislation, was an impeachable offence. So was altering the submission of 0care. Since Congress didn't impeach—they all need to be schooled in our rights and liberties.

We can't have a government bound by and under the Constitution when they completely ignore it as if it doesn't exist.

IMHO, we need an Amendment that requires all proposed legislation to prove the proposed legislation falls under the Art. I limitations and also fulfills the Necessary and Proper Clause of the Consttution, in its content, and be limited to a certain number of pages and a required time limit to read, digest and debate the proposed bill. Existing law should also be reviewed, screened and rejected for both of these treasons against the Constitution.
