Biden is beholden to the teachers unions and those teachers are living it up getting paid for staying home. As long as the left can keep their knee on the necks of school parents and control their lives with ineffective and unproven social distancing and chinese masks that barely protect people from floating dust and water droplets. Just a side note but social distancing was invented by a 14 yr old girl that was proven to be a farce. Scientists and doctors both agree that social distancing does ZERO to stop the spread of anything.
