One of the serious problems with the DEEP STATE is its illegal promotion of REGULATORY AUTHORITY AS LAW... it is not law and when it countermands law it is UNLAWFUL and CRIMINAL.
Regulatory authority is used to assist in implementing the law as Congress intended.., Regulatory Authority is not given to subvert, nullify, or rewrite the law. We must wake up the bureaucracy to the fact that they are not the law, nor are they the interpreters of the Law... They are administrators of the law, bound by the restraints of the law. When they break the law, by design (regulatory authority) they need to answer to the people's Justice system for such criminal conduct

If the regulatory authority goes against a law, there is already a legal process to bring them to justice that can go all the way to the Supreme Court. So, in the end the US Constitution has the final word. It seems like the actions of the regulatory authorities are within the confines of our current Constitution, and so is the legal process. Of course, this doesn't change the fact that the judiciary is corrupt, which is unfortunately also something that has happened within the framework that the US Constitution provided and provides. It sounds like you can see that, too, which is why you propose making fundamental, i.e. constitutional, changes that establishe a "people's Justice system".

Once President Trump is back in office, he'll have to establish a federal government oversight body that makes sure only the truth will be reported. Otherwise way too many Americans will continue to be brainwashed with radical left propaganda.
The Public Air-waves are regulated by license... The FCC holds annual hearings on the renewal of such licenses to ENSURE THE OPERATORS ARE SERVING THE PUBLIC INTEREST... Propaganda, lies and misinformation don't serve the Public interest. Hence, under the direction of the Attorney General, the FCC can be mandated to revoke the license of any operator for cause... serious abuse of the license.
I am reminded that not all speech is lawful... and it is the government's place to enforce lawful speech. Let the Courts arbitrate what is lawful and what is not... what is treason, sedition, propaganda, misinformation, etc. This can all be submitted to the legal process, while the license of the abuser is suspended and the courts are engaged in the adjudication process.

Further, are you advocating that the courts create laws by interpreting the laws that are on the books? I thought in many, many other posts you always said that the legislative had to pass laws, not the courts, no more stare decisis, especially if the old laws weren't clear enough. What am I missing?
