- He came to the U.S. illegally from Venezuela and was RELEASED by Biden's CBP in El Paso in Sep. 2022.
- He was arrested and RELEASED by NYC police after injuring a child in Sep. 2023.
- He fled to Athens, GA (another sanctuary city) where law enforcement cited him for shoplifting in Oct. 2023.
- He had an outstanding bench warrant as of Dec. 2023 for failure to appear in court on the shoplifting charges.
- His brother had multiple arrests in Athens dating back to Sep. 2023 – before he was apprehended for possessing a fake green card.
- This is NOT a "Georgia man." Or a random tragedy. It's one of the millions of criminal illegal immigrants Biden allowed into America – and the obvious consequence of open borders and sanctuary cities.
