We do have a ton of foreign doctors, nurses and aids........they don't belong. I want well trained, Americans in healthcare, who speak English and can be understood.

  Ilona, I agree. Throw out the foreign doctors, healthcare providers, etc. How do we know that these people, probably with two passports, really work for the good of the American people? Come to think of it, anyone with a second or more citizenship needs to be sent back to their home country. They obviously aren't fully committed to the United States of America.

  Unless you have personal experience it's easy to talk! There are countries that keep you and even your foreign born children as citizens, in fact the6 allow you to go back and vote in heir elections even if you immigrated elsewhere. BTW, I have always had two passports and two citizenships........but I know where my loyalties are!

  Sorry. I was wrong. It's OK in your case, also with two passports, but not with foreign doctors, nurses and aides. As you rightfully say, they don't belong even if they have only one passport.

  It's not about how many citizenships people have, it's about their loyalty to this country. One CAN choose where their loyalty lies, I made that choice many decades ago! These foreigners are here because they got a great deal, they are making money and living a great life without ever having to contribute to this country, to participate, give back, paying taxes doesn't bring loyalty...more likely resentment. They are still loyal to wherever they came from! They don't belong because they are here for the wrong reason.......MONEY, and many cases to have influence within this country. You out to watch Marc Levin's show this weekend with Peter Schweizer to get a good dose of reality about the enemy within.

  Ilona, we agree on this point that you made initially. The foreign doctors, nurses, and aides are here for the wrong reasons (money) and need to be sent home at once.
