just announced starting Dec 10th, they will no longer offer puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and removal of healthy sex organs, including ‘top surgery,’ for anyone under 19.This is a big deal as Sutter Health is one of the largest HMOs in California with over 3.5 million patients, and is well known for providing ‘top surgery’ for teen girls in the Davis/Sac region.
