Impeachment is not the only way to remove a sitting Federal judge... Article 3, Section 1 declares:
"The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services, a Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office."
Judges whose BEHAVIOUR is bad may be immediately removed... via Presidential 'Executive Order' or Warrant... The President's power to appoint includes the power to revoke (terminate) appointments. See Article 2, Section 2, Clause 2 the APPOINTMENTS CLAUSE: The power to appoint by inference includes the power to revoke said appointment. It is an inherent power of the Executive... to appoint or remove commissions of unelected government officials.
Therefore, let the President use his Executive Powers to remove Article 2, JUDICIAL APPOINTMENTS for BAD BEHAVIOR. The President has the additional Constitutional authority to remove Judges for Bad Behavior under Articles 2, Section 3 to 'TAKE CARE' the laws be faithfully executed. Removing Judges for Bad Conduct is part of the President's Constitutional DUTY... to police BAD CONDUCT in the Judiciary...thus, faithfully executing the law.

All Appointments and commissions are unelected offices... subject to the president's direct removal... at his will.
It seems very clear what needs to be done, and asap.
Trump needs to fire every lawyer... who fails to recognize the president's Constitutional authority to unilaterally revoke appointments and commissions... they serve at his will.
Attorneys have worked to muddy this executive power up with bogus opinions... They are a direct effort to keep the Deep State bureaucrats in power and secure from the president's removal....
Impeachment is a political process, not a criminal or judicial process... it is high political theater .. a LONG AND DRAWN-OUT PROCESS... engineered... to keep corrupt officials in power.
Let the President fire any corrupt or inept official appointed under his executive authority... and let them sue if they disagree with the president's termination. Demote, transfer, suspend, and retire those bureaucrats as necessary to secure his administration from internal sabotage.
I agree. This is necessary. Now.
Well, Jea9...it looks like no one is interested in a Constitutional means to remove Judges without impeachment... all that is required is a Presidential finding of BAD CONDUCT and an EO revoking the Judge's Presidential Commission... PERIOD!
Nothing makes any sense, Col. We are eating ourselves inside out and twisting into a pretzel, but logic always makes sense. If black-robed fools are splitting us, tremove their commission. And, or arrest. Simple.
