I'll help you with the hard one, "Kite" refers to the white command plane flying overhead as was photograhped. The rest should be easy for anyone .... even you.

We will have to disagree... the CIA and FBI, at the time, were not so inclined nor is there any credible evidencce to suggest they were directly involved... They were however grossly neglegent in handling key intelligence which exposed the intent and illegal status of the 9/11 assailants... Had they acted on several tips or enforced our immigration and espionage laws 9/11 would not have happened... not by this particular group of terrorists. The CIA and FBI were incompetent and key agents in both groups need to be fired for malfeasance and gross negligence.
