The Republicans, however, have three choices: very, very wet diarrhea on a bed of rice, or medium-well done diarrhea on a bed of cooked spinach, or medium well-done slices of roast beef on slices of oat bread with double-baked mashed potatoes and a side of Waldorf salad with a dessert of apple pie with raisins surrounded by a French light and flakey crust. Which do you choose?

I'll take the roast beef entre, medium rare, please, but I prefer my apple pie, slightly warmed in the microwave, with a lovely slice of Swiss cheese on top; the two warmed together, make it taste and smell like mamma just took it out of the oven!! Iknw, most folks want their apple pie "a la mode" but I really love it more with cheese (some folks prefer cheddar)!!

It is the French in me! Raisins or craisins; matters little. No raisins? OK, but the flakey French crust is a must. A little and not well-known fact: apple pie warmed in a 200-degree oven with fitted slices of Finlandia Swiss cheese atop slowly melting into that great French crust is far more tasty than ice cream and more nutritious, too. My great-grandfather, Constant Joseph Grandhomme, made and delivered all the cheeses, and therefore sauces, for the ling of France as did his sires. BTW, are you aware that microwave ovens rob the food they heat of ALL nutrients? I use my microwave to re-heat my coffee and heating water only. Also, mincemeat pie is also best served warm with CHOCOLATE ice cream, not vanilla. Now I am hungry!

Oh, my mom used to make and preserve her own mincemeat; always after dad went hunting and bagged a deer (this was during depression years) and "real mincemeat" has venison in it!! Mamma made the most delightful mincemeat pies and I miss them. For a time, Marie Callender put out a decent frozen mincemeat pie, but I can't find those now either. I also loved Swiss, or Cheddar on my mincemeat pie, as well, so hold the ice cream, please! By the way, mamma's flakey pie crusts could compete with your French version, any day of the week.
I could debate you on the benefits of the microwave, whether cooking, or just re-heating- - varying the temperature and length of cook time make ALL the difference. That said, I will NOT cook meats in the microwave, ok to do a low, slow re-heat and that's about it. Like you, I re-warm my coffee that way👍
I have no doubt Trump will make the best decision! what we need to worry about is what Ohio governor will do with JD Vance's senate seat. He is a RINO, he will reward a RINO who ran but couldn't win! We want Peter Kirsanow!!!!!! He is willing but stands no chance from the governor because he is all in for Trump, one of Trumps biggest supporters and the governor is not! We all need demand he appoint Peter, in YUGE numbers! If we could have this influence, if we could succeed, it would be the most incredible victory!
