How many of these dissenting judges work by authority of a Presidential Commission?? Any in that category, who misbehave, should lose their commissions; the President can and should revoke those commissions!

You are always on the right side when it comes to commenting on judges but at the same time you don't think President Trump needs to assume total authority over the judiciary. How do you propose this mess gets cleaned up? Who deposes these useless judges?

I always check out the judges so I know how to vote. It's harder now, I have to look at their cases, it takes a lot more time then when they had a site listing them....so we'd know, of course they did away with that
Correct! Because we don want to be a dictatorship, judges get elected or appointed by those we elect.........

Ah OK. So, then you are good with these corrupt judges staying on the bench. I prefer President Trump stepping in to clean up the mess. He needs to appoint compliant judges that are loyal to him and therefore to the US Constitution.
