Banned in Oregon:
This New Law might seem like it only affects Oregon, but unless the courts rule against it, it will soon become another tool in the Liberal Hard Left Socialist gun grabbers tool box to disarm Americans.
Not only was it proposed under completely misleading wording, it negates the States/Governments burden of proof for criminal charges in effect making the laws similar to the Stalin Era, where Russians were considered Guilty until they could prove themselves innocent beyond a shadow of a doubt. It also provides a publicly searchable record of who owns what firearms. It also prevents people from using the factory magazine if it contains more than the government deems it necessary for civilians and also restricts the police to the same, only government troops will be allowed to have anything more.
