Hmmmmmmm, if we had a border we'd have three more cops!
is that idea of bringing back the draf and having them on the border sounding a bit better with each attack, each senseless  death, with each child in the sex business? The draft will come back be a use we don't have enough volunteers, why not do it smartly?
