Repurposing of lands held by the federal government... should start with returning ALL the land not SPECIFICALLY authorized by the US Constitution and properly transferred by the State to the federal government be RETURNED to the State wherein the property and or lands are found... Repurposing land by the Federal Government presupposes the Federal Government has the lawful authority and constitutional jurisdiction to manage and hold title to such lands and not the State.
See Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17... The US Constitution limits lands and facilities that may be held by the Federal Government for specific purposes and uses. This provision of the US Constitution is very clear and needs no twisting by pettifoggers to understand its meaning. The People should demand all the lands not Constitutionally held by the Federal government be returned immediately to the States... and the BLM, EPA, Departments of Commerce, Homeland Security, Defense, and Interior be notified to immediately cease and desist on the management of lands rightfully belong to the soverign states... and their CITIZENS... including all rights and covenants attached to such lands.
Article I, Section 8, Clause 17:
"The Congress shall have Power . . . ] To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings;–And" Quote the US Constitution.
Again, the Federal government is not to hold large sections of land... NOR IS IT TO MANAGE IT BY STUTORY LAW... The Land under State jurisdiction is the State's soverign holdings.
Talk is cheap! I'd like to see our politicians stand in the way of the destruction that is happening in our country. I'll love them when they DO something to stop it, until then it's nothing but talk! Pointing out the problem takes a bit of guts these days.......but does nothing to stop it!
We don't need another bill to protect public property... there already exists such laws and they are not being enforced. Green is a fine leader but pushing more laws that will not be enforced only exacerbates lawlessness.
As for stewards of government property don't look for the current bureaucracy to do a damn thing.,. to protect US Property that promotes pride and respect for our history. It is time to fire those who refuse to defend our government monuments.

Other than a few broken windows, how many monuments were destroyed or defaced on January 6th? What did the J6r's graffiti say?
How many BLM [Build Large Mansions], Antifa or Pro-Palestinian protesters were shot or beaten to death during those riots.
Remain Peaceful but get ready.
Stock up, Food, Fuel & Water, Arm up w Ammo and Harden your defenses and Network because they'll give no quarter so we can't either.
