As usual, President Trump is fighting for us and winning big time. He even went to the Supreme Court yesterday to ensure that birthright needs to abolished. Great move that shows how much he cares. Not even activist judges will dare to defy the President of the United States of America.
AND......ALL babies born to Mexican citizens, by Constitution of Mexico....are legally and binding....MEXICAN CITIZENS. NO MATTER WHERE THEY ARE BORN.
Mexico recognizes jus soli (right of soil) and jus sanguinus (right of blood)....reconizing that Mexican nationality can be passed down to children born elsewhere. (yoos solee and yoos sanguinus, as it is spelled, it is pronounced.)
PLUS: Article 30 of the Mexican Constitution states that Mexican citizenship is NON-FORFEITABLE, meaning upon adulthood, the child does not have to choose between Mexican citizenship and another nation's citizenship.
Thank you, FoM.
