Unless the goal is WWIII, I don't see the benefit to this regime by this decision. Regardless of who is making the decisions, who is this to benefit, Ukrain, Biden's presidency, the world? The only reasonable explanation is, Zelenskyy has so much shit on the Bidens that he gets whatever he wants to keep it quiet.
