  • Do not raise the debt limit... pay our debt using CURRENT REVENUE... cut the discretionary items in the budget if necessary and use those funds to pay our debts.  Review all oil and gas leases on federal land for production if they are not producing give the leaseholder 90 days to produce from their leases or lose them... we are losing huge sums of revenue from BIG ENERGY's greed and self-imposed restrictions on production. to keep prices high.

We also, need to review all oil, natural gas, mineral, and mining leases on federal lands to ensure that production is properly reported and where the lease is in violation... of ANY PROVISION...  terminate and renew the lease with a producer willing to pump oil and pay the severance taxes and leasehold fees.  There is a world of hanky panky in the TRILLIONS taking place here and we must not let Big Energy screw the people any longer.  Produce on one's leases or lose them.

  • The problem with REPUBLICANS in Congress when the fight gets tough and the road difficult they suddenly lose the will to finish the fight, They are more concerned about the publicc image they poroject than they are in standing their ground and tell the left enough is enough, At some point the brakes have got to applied We will see if if the Republicans have the will to stand up.

  • Correct, the "debt limit" is another false car to chase, the spending is the issue.

Abolish the talk and action on any "debt limit" .

We need to control spending , And I support the creation of " The OIL Standard".

For every dollar spent \ printed , We pump Ten dollars of oil from the ground, and Eighty to Ninty % goes into debt reduction.

On every level , this will work to reverse the Republic's trouble, from debt and spending.

Also gives the country a world boost in position.

  • It would be nice to curtail the spending. If money isn5 limitless they might be a bit more careful how it's spent! They could save a lot by not giving for useless studies!
