RAAS's role is to throw Indian bodies at any open roles it can find at high velocity. Sometimes with predictible results. One client of RAAS had to mark that they are a "Willful Violator"
RAAS is medium-sized. Not large enough to get noticed. But they HAVE somehow become an affinity partner of @USDOL
