Meet the Dishonorable Ted Berry, one of America’s most vile judges.

This man has no right enforcing the law while making disgusting comments like this. He CANNOT BE TRUSTED.
Make sure to let the courts know what you think of him. pic.twitter.com/LM0XbRNVZ1
In 2021, this Judge Ted Berry admitted to a ton of vulgar, sexually inappropriate conduct with a court employee. The Maureen O’Connor-led Supreme Court gave him a 6 month suspension - but stayed it! He didn’t lose his license for 1 single day. Slap on the wrist. @MathewsforOhio… https://t.co/kpz85B1S59 pic.twitter.com/LIGawZ2pRT

People like him need to be gone from our justice system never to practice again. Weak minds, weak characters have no place in making serious decisions about people's lives!
The standard for continued service as a Federal Judge... is GOOD CONDUCT... let the President revoke this judge's commission as a Federal Judge (no hearing or congressional approval needed.) No officer of the Federal Government may hold office without a Presidential Commission.
The US Constitution gives the President sole power to Commission ALL Federal Officers and with the executive power to appoint also comes the power to REVOKE any Appointed Officers' Presidential Commission and with it the legal right to administer his office.
The Text for Article 2, Section 3 of the US Constitution follows...
He shall from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of
the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such Measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient; he may, on extraordinary Occasions, convene both Houses, or either of them, and in Case of Disagreement between them, with Respect to the Time of Adjournment, he may
adjourn them to such Time as he shall think proper; he shall receive Ambassadors and other public Ministers; he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed, and shall commission all the Officers of the United States.
