I do not think so. Putin hates stupidity like Trump does. He respects Trump. Remember, Putin gave Trump the volleyball and said, "The ball is in your court now."
For Putin, it is and has been about NATO encroaching on Russia's borders and also about the US bioweapons labs on his border. He can put 2 + 2 together.

I looked quickly for those two letters. Scrubbed. All I found were versions of "Russia Man Bad." So that alone, is a testament to who he is. Just like, "Orange Man Bad."
