It was reported by talk show host, Pete Santilli, and he was told "it's free speech". When he asked if he made the same comments through the law enforcement, he was rebuked by them that that would be a threat...double, triple and quadruple standards!
Not all speech is protected or free speech.... threats of violence and retribution thru the exercise of political power are not free speech, they are acts of terrorism designed to coerce specific responses from those threatened... to coerce behavior not otherwise willing. His speech is not protected and is a violation of the law and should meet with strong criminal action. If we are to come together men and women of power must not inflame debate and the public discourse with unlawful threats of violence and political retribution for one's political views.
This sort of verbal abuse is at the core of political divisiveness and radical tensions in this nation.... this man should be made an example of ... arrest him and try him for making Domestic terrorist threats... hold him under the Patriot Act.
