    Sorry for getting off topic, but I'm sadden to hear that a great american hero CHUCK YEAGER has passed away at the age of 97. The wings he is using now are taking him home at mach speed. Farewell Chuck.

    Mail fraud is a very serious crime and each ballot illegally distributed by mail is one count of mail fraud...  shift from civil to criminal prosecutions and watch an immediate cascade in this House of Cards... as deals are cut too expose the fraud for lighter sentences.

    Folks ... the Dominion software is likely a problem ... BUT tampering with the mail-in ballots is probably the bigger issue. Ideas???

    Below is a "Townhall" reader's upbeat reaction to the same developement. But, compelling as the evidence appears, DOJ appears disinterested, and there's the rub. The stronger argument fronted by Rudy Giuliani is the one with the most tailwind: corrupt Secretaries of State end-running around state legislatures to ammend election codes, allowing the inclusion of millions of late ballots which tipped the race in Biden's favor. Criminal allegations against Dominion have yet to be litigated, so they stand little chance of picking the interest of SCOTUS in time to save the Trump presidency. Congress must certify on Dec. 14th. With only eight days left, Giuliani leads the charge on the sole path to victory.
     

    Step 1 - Supreme Court nullifies election results of states
    shown to have officials who suborned fraud by refusing to follow state
    laws designed to prevent fraud, combined with statistical and other
    evidence of mass fraud sufficient to overturn results, such as:

    [a] WI, MI, PA, NC, GA, NV simultaneously stopped counting then large spikes in Biden vote count occurred
    [b] video of GA Democrat poll workers removing Republican watchers before pulling out hidden suitcases filled with 98% Biden votes to count, repeatedly,in private),
    [c] Dominion machine in Ware County GA programmed with 26% weight favoring Biden
    [d] Biden quote that he will win because, “We have put together I think the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of
    American politics.”
    [e] thousands of other pieces of evidence

    Step 2 - state legislatures, based on the Sup Ct opinion forcing them to act, vote to award electors to Trump (instead of hold replacement elections
    due to time constraint)

    NOTE that Trump, despite tens of millions of fraud ballots added, switched or deleted, has 232 electors and only needs three states totaling 38. Republicans control both houses in AZ-11, GA-16, PA-20, MI-16 and WI-10.

    Trump won in a landslide. This will test whether American government is ultimately controlled by honest people or whether America needs Civil War 2.0 to get rid of all the criminals and start over.

      Exactly... which on its own is evidence of fraud... those machines are not normally wiped clean after elections and I suspect MI law requires them to be preserved for a specific time after an election for analysis in the event of fraud.  If they are wiped clean and the practice is unlawful or normally not done... viola evidence of election tampering and fraud.
