She knows it's unconstitutional for Congress to regulate the Supreme Court.
And where were her calls for an ethics regime before Trump transformed the Supreme Court?
She's just bitter liberals lost control of the Court.
So she wants to destroy its legitimacy.
Maybe she should resign and run for Congress?
(Instead of writing bitter dissents for the rest of her life.)

SCOTUS is superior over nothing except the lower courts. They are bound to "Good behavior and to opine Under the Constitution. They are bound to person to person, person to state, state to state and state to fed and foreign dignitaries. And to answer the questions that they keep avoiding: What is life? What is a woman? What does 'Not' mean?
