YES IT IS ABSOLUTELY IMPERATIVE THAT WE HAVE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THE FUNDS AND MILITARY EQUIPMENT WE HAVE SENT TO THEM.
We should have had better control over all that.....but then it would have been more difficult to hide the kickbacks!
