Minutes After Trump Learns of 3rd Indictment – Gaetz Rushes in with Genius Move

What’s Happening:

This week, Trump revealed that Biden’s DOJ could be moments from indicting him. This will be the third indictment by Democrats against the former president. At this point, nobody should think these have anything to do with the law. Democrats are terrified of Trump’s comeback and they are trying to bury him with charges so he’ll drop out of the race.

The latest possible indictment revolves around the left’s claim that Trump was behind January 6th. The biased special counsel, Jack Smith, a corrupt Democrat is behind this investigation. No Republican is backing this latest scheme. And one House Republican is calling for Smith’s head.

From Breitbart:

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) on Wednesday announced he would introduce legislation to defund Special Counsel Jack Smith, who may be seeking yet another indictment of former President Donald Trump in the midst of a presidential election.

“They are attacking our democracy and engaging in election interference right now.

The United States Congress has the capability to stop this election interference, and we must act immediately!”

Rep. Gaetz is calling for defunding of Special Counsel Jack Smith, after word floated that he was about to indict Donald Trump on January 6th. Gaetz accused Democrats of engaging in election interference by hitting Biden’s biggest rival with endless charges and accusations.

He pointed out that Congress has the power to stop Smith’s activities. Smith is a Democrat operative with a history of anti-Trump rhetoric. Does anyone think he doesn’t have a heavy bias against Trump from the start?

Gaetz should not be the only Republican in office working to stop this attack on our democracy. Democrats are using any and every method they have to undermine Trump’s ability to run for office. They are not letting Americans decide who they want as president. They are taking it upon themselves to stop us from choosing or rejecting Trump.

Isn’t that the very thing they have accused Republicans of doing–hijacking our democracy?

More Republicans need to get behind Gaetz to defend our democracy. Congress needs to not only defund Smith but investigate these endless indictments against one of their own.

If not, do we still have a democracy left?

Key Takeaways:

  • Gaetz called for defunding Special Counsel Jack Smith, a biased Democrat investigating Donald Trump.
  • Trump revealed Biden’s DOJ will soon indict him for a third time.
  • Democrats are indicting Trump to prevent him from winning the election.

  • This is not a solution... it has to be a joke.  The US Senate and the President will not permit the defunding... Getz's bill is DOA in the Senate and would be vetoed if passed by both Houses... We don't need this kind of wasted effort and emotional strain on America's Patriots...  Like the RED Waive that did not exist... This bill is doomed from the start... this is another distraction an empty attempt to make it appear the GOP is doing something.

How about repealing the 'Home Rule Act' governing  DC... and reinstating Congress's Constitutional jurisdiction to govern the District.. Use Congress's Constitutional authority and jurisdiction over DC to manage the police, prosecutors, and courts.   Now, that will work ... In fact, it could save, the Nation from the Deep State if managed properly.  However, it will take some crafty parliamentary moves to get around the US Senate... using the Houses Rules and Congressional  Resolutions to reinstate Congressional governance over the District..

Return  Congressional rule over DC... then, fire Mayor Bowser, the District Council, and all the appropriate Department heads.... appoint new police supervisors, and new prosecutors... establish new District Courts and judges; then, indict all the criminals operating in DC ...using Congress's police and prosecutorial jurisdiction over the District.
