Something is rotten in Trump's legal team... why haven't they been able to transfer this case to the Federal Court... I thought the Federal Court decided if it would take the case ... not jUdge Merchan A mistrial will only result in a new trial... KEEPING TRUMP FROM CAMPAIGNING... it will require a new court date, bond hearing, selection of a new jury, and additional legal filings and action to extend pending motions to dismiss or move the case to another court... delay, delay and delay.
Keep Trump in court and off the campaign circuit.
