I'll let you look that up... as it was 200yrs ago. What are you talking about? Impeachment is the Constitutional means to remove Biden now that Congress certified his election was legitimate.

However, if we can get all the Red States and ten of the Blue and mixed States to agree to an Article 5 convention the process could happen almost immediately upon their petition for the Convention. We could then use the Impeachment process as a fallback.

Please post the names and dates for the 4 elections you found that were handled by the House of Representatives... maybe you meant FOUR CANDIDATES... albeit only three are allowed in the run-off, under the 12th Amendmetn.. The top 3 having the highest electoral count.

I think we need an Article 5 convention to consider a Total Recall of the sitting government with a Recall Amendment... Recall all elected, appointed, and Senior Civil Service members subject to new elections and appointments/hire. The recall should restrict any of the sitting members to hold any government position in the future.
America also needs to pass a Term Limits Amendment: One term, 6 yrs, with 1/3rd standing for election, appointment, or hire (senior civil service) every 2yrs... to provide for continuity of government and return our government's management to citizens who serve temporarily at the highest levels and then return to live under the rules they formulate.
America's citizens need to hit the RESET button ... they need to remove the existing government, prosecute the criminals and elect and install loyal and honest American Citizens to hold the reins of government. We must use term limits to ensure that those in power are indeed there as servants of the people... no more career politicians or senior executives as bureaucrats.
