une 14, ICE took custody of Benito Miranda Hernandez, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico whose lengthy rap sheet includes convictions for larceny, dangerous drugs, weapons offense, possession of weapon, possession of narcotic equipment, drug trafficking, probation violation, and selling of amphetamines. On September 11, 1998, he entered the country as the child of a lawful permanent resident. He will remain in ICE custody pending removal proceedings.
DHS and ICE value the contributions of all those who have served in the U.S. military. U.S. military service alone does not automatically grant lawful immigration status, or exempt aliens from the consequences of violating U.S. immigration laws. We are simply enforcing the laws passed by Congress. This Administration does not pick and choose which laws to enforce.
If you break the law, you will face the consequences. Criminal illegal aliens are not welcome in the U.S.
