Is Western Wake County being colonized by Indians?

White Oak Elementary is the only elementary school in the district to max out grade level proficiency at >95% in the accountability data, which indicates student demographics of:

White Oak Elementary is the only elementary school in the district to max out grade level proficiency at >95% in the accountability data, which indicates student demographics of:

• 69.4% Asian
• 22.1% White
• 3.1% Hispanic
• 1.8% Black

Images from the school's social media appear to confirm that these Asians are primarily Indian; these demographics are certainly not representative of Wake County as a whole, indicating a strong degree of ethnic enclavism

These demographics are even more concentrated than nearby Morrisville, where "South Asians" reportedly make up the largest ethnic group at ~1/3 of the population
