Any law passed by Congress and supported by President Trump is constitutional by definition. That's what the legislative and executive is supposed to do.

Really? What about the 2ndA and the word "NOT?" That's not on Trump, but, look at the laws passed to limit, to control, to weaken, lessen. Those laws are not constitutional. Nor is Transgender. Nor is DEI. Trump didn't do those, he is undoing the last two, but my point is law can be passed and not be constitutional. The IRS was an amendment that is unconstitutional, as our being forced to pay taxes on property we own is tax on private property, which was against the founding principles. Remember the 1st TEA party? It was over the tax plus the inferior Indian tea instead of the chinese tea.
