Any red-wave was doubtful from the start... as long as Sen. Mitch McConnell was the GOP leader and in charge of the Senate PAC for funding elections, the Trump-endorsed candidates were likely to find little to NO HELP in funding or support from GOP resources.  The Red Wave was a program to raise MONEY for the US Senate election PAC... and not much more.

Mcconnell's loyalty to the GOP base and the nation takes a back seat to his power and personal goals.  All the hype over the Red Wave was NEVER accurate. It was simply a narrative to keep the Conservative base complacent as they were told... after the election... major reforms would follow... even though Pres. Binden's VETO was being completely ignored and certain to stop any legislative reform.

Sen.  McConnell wants to be the party leader... at any cost.  He is responsible for the horrible showing the party made in the mid-terms... This election was mishandled... to the point that one must ask if it was not deliberate... was it meant to keep the nation hostage to Gridlock and on course for the Great Reset... and a new world order.

With all of the problems in the Biden administration... our party leaders were malfeasant at best and treasonous at worst.  How does a party lose such an opportunity to an opposition party that is without a doubt trying to destroy America?  What happens to the MAGA campaign, going forward, will reveal how the GOP managed to lose ONE MORE OPPORTUNITY to reform government... ASSUMING that is their goal?

Demands for Sen. McConnell to resign should be deafening... relentless and persuasive...  He failed to deliver once more.

  • The deafening sound of silence is supreme... where is the outrage... have we become so abused and ignored that we now retreat from the face of our opposition to avoid more abuse?   Or,, are we simply left without leadership or resources to be heard?  I vote for the latter... lack of leadership and resources.

    • A definite lack of leadership. Trash like McConnell is only interested in his cushy position and knowing the people of Kentucky I'm surprised they keep electing him with his treasonous support of the commiecrats.

    • I am not certain the people of Ky elected him... rigged elections are a two-way street  There is also the problem with selecting a candidate between two unacceptable choices... The lesser of evils.

    • "The lesser of two evils" is exactly why we have the GOP leadership we have. They know that we always come through and vote for them because they tell us they are "the lesser of two evils" and we buy it hook, line, and sinker.

    • P/S  Think about this. There is very little difference between the two parties...

So, could McConnel be cutting a deal with the Democrats... to push thru certain bills in exchange for the Democrats running a weak candidate as his opposition... keeping him ln office.  Is McConnel a Democrat operative in GOP garb?  Stranger political abuses than cutting a deal to share power are happening all around the nation.  Throwing elections is not new... and there are many ways to rig outcomes to favor mutual political objectives.

Machiavellian politics... smoke and mirrors, and deception as an art have become the bread and butter of the modern-day politician.

    • McConnell does more damage to the United States of America than any far left extremist has done recently.

  • The Republician party is also guilty it's not that they are not loyal to DJT but also they are not Loyal to the American people and our Republic. Not our Democracy, it is a  Republic.

    • They aren't interested in Trump, nor the American people......they are raking in the money and have POWER!!!!!!!

we need a serious house cleaning!

  • Resignation is the least. He should be jailed for treason for all of his anti-American games he's played as a politician. We NEED statesmen who actually follow the contitution and the will of the people they represent.
