  • Exactly...

The Courts Findings are not law and only apply to the case before it... all the hoopla over Stare Decisis as the law needs to be dealt with as a criminal act... judges, prosecutors, and lawyers fronting it as law are committing FRAUD and if used to establish criminal activity tt constitutes a false arrest.  The very GAUL that lawyers claim there are two sets of laws... The Law of the Land (statutory and Constitutional Law) and The Law of the Court (case law, fiat law, or stare decisis.) are ludicrous and a fraud... grounds for immediate disbarment.

A Court's findings apply only to the case in law before it... they ARE NOT LAW... it is fiction and fraud (judicial fiat) to pretend that the Judiciary has the power to LEGISLATE or to create Law... they don't.  It is time for major reforms in the Judiciary and quite possibly the need to remove and replace all the judges and lawyers... too, start over.  The Left has used the Judiciary to legislate laws that would otherwise be rejected by Congress and to strike down legitimate laws created by Congress.

  •  The feigned outrage of Clara McCaskel who also sees nothing wrong with stealing tens of thousands of taxpayer dollars to fuel her private plane... is a liberal ex-US Senator, that believes murdering the unborn is moral.  Her rage is the typical hyperbola and false accusations of the left... The Texas Law doesn't create a private police force or allow harassment of young women, whose personal conduct results in pregnancy.  It does allow the State to protect the unborn from the immoral act of a mother who would sacrifice her unborn for her own pleasure and needs.  It stops the murder of some of the unborn in Texas, let her go to New York where medical murd er is part of their culture.

  • He gets so close to telling the whole truth. I wish he would have gone even further. How exactly does a Supreme Court opinion (Roe) become law without a law actually being written?

I wonder who took it upon themselves, and when, and who all approved it with their complicit silence----when did the Roe Opinion of the Court become registered in the The Congressional Register (of LAW)? AS IF it is law?

When exactly did we officially throw out the Constitution and Declaration (Life...), when did we throw them out....?

Silly simple-minded me, I thought when the court writes, "It is the opinion of this court....", that OPINION meant opinion. Do words matter?

Funny thing, though, DOMA is still in the CONGRESSIONAL Register (of LAW)

Wouldn't the left lose their minds if someone actually held that up as a standard?  Since the D of I appears to be dead and all. ....and as well, the Constitution as the Supreme LAW of the Land.
