NYC's mayor is NOT a doctor, he is a "former" police chief, so I would say he is talking "above" his pay grade.
Nope, until they eat themselves into ill health, then demand that government do something to help them. When that happens they become unhealthy to all of us who have to pay for their insatiable appetites.
