You know, she gets 2,000 patient abuse and neglect complaints every year. And she's only gotten one or two criminal convictions from that. It's really embarrassing.

And she's only gotten one or two criminal convictions from that. It's really embarrassing. There are people getting hurt. There are people who aren't getting the care that they're supposed to be getting. And there are taxpayers who are getting defrauded, and nothing's being done about it. We need criminal prosecutors to come in and prosecute the fraud.”
