He just added it to Title VII Civil Rights Legislation. And last year, he wrote that banning trans "care' is not 'legal.' So some states are getting around these protecitons by requiring designation based on biological sex. And this runaround is due to the same problem as brought us abortion, the inability to see or say that one is right and one is wrong. He denies our Christian heritage. He denies our Founders with every single thing he does. He denies the very essence of what and who America is, was and .....shall be again. Ecc.1, 3.
I remember when Roberts decided it was a "tax" - - I was like WHAT??? What is he even thinking, but then again, we know the democommie party holds "something" over his head, so he does whatever they tell him. HOW do we get rid of this usurper?? Justice Thomas would be the best, most truthful Chief Justice (possibly Alito - IDK), but then, it would be almost impossible to get either one confirmed by the current do-nothing, lop-sided Senate.

Non-citizens, including permanent legal residents, cannot vote in federal, state, and most local elections.
How about who CAN vote? American citizens, born or naturalized! That's it! Prove you are a citizen......prove you are who you say you are ( picture ID) and it's done!
