0bama could never prove he was a natural-born citizen.
Supposedly, he went to HI to visit his dying Grandmother. The truth is that he was meeting with the Hawaii Board of Elections.
He had not proven he was a legal candidate and they were not going to put his name on the ballot.
He could have sent someone in his place but did not.
Tim Adams worked at the Elections Division. He submitted the following Affidavit at link—in 2011.
Briefly, the affidavit states that—
No long-form Birth Certificate was ever submitted.
—There was no document even on file in the Hawaii Dept of Health or any other branch of Hawaii government.
Multiple requests had been made inquriing about his BC., including to Queens Medical Center and Kapi'olani Medical Center (not maternal at that time).
—Various HI Gov. officials continued to assert 0's birth in HI. The assertion was Kapi'olani, which was only a medical center not a maternity hospital.
—The document at link verifies no proof ever existed.
And then: The Democrats devised this little work-around.
They CHANGED the identification of 0 as eligible from the Constitutional requirement, "the following candidates are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution,..."
TO THIS: "legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the national Democratic Party."
This violates Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the Constitution.
This also makes biden party to the fraud and cover-up, and thus, his presidency annulled as well as 0's.
