An Ohio woman is facing federal charges after making 29 b*mb threats targeting Mississippi government offices involved in the investigation into Nolan Wells’ death.
Investigators say Michelle Francine Edwards repeatedly called the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office and Chancery Clerk’s Office from a blocked number, triggering lockdowns and K-9 b*mb sweeps. Authorities traced the calls through phone records and cell tower data.
She now faces up to 5 years in federal prison, while a second suspect has also been charged for allegedly sending death threats to a Mississippi judge connected to the case.
