The current border crisis is not an illegal immigration problem... it is an INVASION, an act of asymmetrical warfare, levied against our national health, economy, and ultimately our sovereignty. America can not solve this problem with new immigration law or policy as it is rooted in asymmetrical warfare... not random migration issues... it is an invasion, it is an act of WAR.
Official Notice must be sent to the nations whose citizens are invading our Southern border... We must inform the belligerent states that America considers state-sponsored mass migration an act of war. If the responsible governments fail to stop the mass exodus and migration of their citizens, America will help them gain control of their migration problem by force of arms if necessary. America must make it clear, it considers the mass migration, of indigent and destitute populations, an act of asymmetrical warfare, and will give the belligerent states 90 days to cease and desist these acts of war or America will take the necessary action to end the invasion at its Southern Border.
The Crisis on our Southern Border is unsustainable... worse, 'Treason' is afoot, in the form of the deliberate compromise of our border, national security, public health, and ultimately our sovereignty, by the Democrat Party, its Marxist allies, and various sitting members of our Government.
America must deal with the treason within and do it forthrightly... using Constitutional means and various State initiatives: nullification, and a State's right to defend its borders and sovereignty from invasion, until PROPERLY relieved by the Federal Government. The States may also pursue an Article V convention to amend the US Constitution to recall the President and the current federal government, subject to new elections and or appointments to federal office. In any event, the underlying treason by senior government officials must be addressed and permanently remedied.

Ron,
I most assuredly am fully aware that We are at War, and have been for a long extended period of time. My question is the same as always, "Who do We, as Citizens, grant the Authority to take Control Through Marshall Law, Not Enacted via Congress nor Presidential Powers? What Process do you propose? Ranting and Raving that This and That Needs To Be Done, or That Is Not Working, " Is Not A Solution! " Neither is John Browning it!" Do you propose setting yourself up as Supreme Commander of the New Revolutionary Army? Go for it? Do you have actual plans for organization, locations, findings, materials, communications, transportation, Arms, Foods and Waste Disposals. Plus Medical Services. If there is to be a War, and the probability is greater than not, then it best be "Guerilla" Style. I too have known Death up close and personal with hundreds of "First Names" attached, so this I do know; Never be too quick to bathe others in blood, but if need be, be first.

I propose that the existing constitutional and statutory process be used... to institute Martial Law. What process are you suggesting if any?
There is no ranting or raving here... only pointing out that the Constitution and our statutory laws provide us with ample lawful means to reform our government. The simple fact is that both parties know this but neither is interested in solutions to solve our crisis... they both want to destroy America as we know her, and to rebuild her in their own image. The image of the New World Order.
Our government leaders know how to solve our problems... they simply don't want to solve them. They are interested in maintaining the status quo.. chaos and dissolution. If you have followed my posts over the last decade you would know that i have offered detailed guidance on the use of Martial Law.. with citations and links to examples. Frankly, i am tired of offering such information as it goes nowhere and will go nowhere as long as we retain the current political leadership.
Ron,
Our Constitution clearly defines the Three Distinct Roles of the Legislative, Executive and Judicial Branches. It also clearly and finitely defines Their Individual Boundaries. However I can clearly understand that any further debate along these lines is utterly pointless, as in One View, Laws are subject to change with the replacement of individuals and their understanding of "Needs and Requirements": While another View contains those creators within the " Specific Boundaries set Forth in a Common Constitution containing a Bill of Rights." I look forward to future discussions with you on other Topics related to the Survival of Our Nation, but No More on this Path.
Thank You, Lynn Bryant DeSpain
Ronald,
Prior to this B.S. continuing, please get yourself a copy of "Black's Law. Then avail yourself to an acquaintance/friend who happens to occupy the position of " District/Appellate/Supreme Court Justice. Arrange for an afternoon's tutorial on "Basic Law" (Should only take 4-6 hours to cover a Complete University Law Education), then perhaps you will cease saddling a Chicken and calling it a Horse!

I am well aware that the legal profession doesn't hold my views on the law... nor a literal and simplistic interpretation of the Constitution. The problem with the law is the lawyers (lawgivers) not the Legislators. Lawyers have long left the profession of administering the law to engage in the POLTICIZATION of the law. The legal profession is being used to accomplish what the People would not permit the Legislatures and Congress to do.
Our founding fathers wrote the Constitution using the common language of the day... to ensure that the average Citizen could understand it. It is the Courts that have mangled the Constitution, twisting it into a complex system of gobbly gook and legal jargon that makes it appear nearly incomprehensible. Thus, today it takes two Philadelphia Lawyers and a Supreme Court justice to interpret the law. The law, like the IRS code, has become so complex that one can find a whole range of interpretations for much of it. So, which group of attorneys would you suggest we consult when debating the law... depending on who is asked we are likely to find serious differences of opinion on the law... that phenomenon is not by accident.
The complexity and confusion surrounding much of the law today is deliberate... making it necessary to consult a lawyer to avoid the accidental breach of the law when one ventures into new areas of social endeavor or commercial enterprise. No law should be so complicated that the average person can not comply without obtaining legal counsel. I still insist Case Law applies only to the case before the court and is FIAT LAW... the judiciary's overreach and usurpation of legislative powers is not Constitutional.
P/S when did Congress codify and approve Blacks Law.. think on that for a while and then ask why there is the law of the court and statutory law?
Ron,
What makes America Great is the Fact that we all have the Right to be Wrong, as long as it does not interfere with another's Right. Just because some idiot government officials tell me that I can't have a certain Firearm, doesn't mean that I don't have one. I have my Religious Beliefs, as I'm sure you do. The government is not allowed to tell me which, or how, or what. The whole World is Screwed up and getting worse by the day. California decided that if a male prisoner believes himself to be a woman then the "Right" thing to do is lock up in the Women's Prison. Now they have a bunch of Pregnant Women Prisoners and cannot figure out what went wrong. My only suggestion is for us all "Stay within the Boundaries of Our Constitution and Our Bill of Rights." Its a great place to make a Stand!. Who knows, others may see your comfort and join ya.

Ronald,
Seriously? You actually propose to make all forms of Socialism Illegal? That's gonna piss off a whole lot of Teamsters, Iron Workers, Food Handlers, and every other Union Member in this Republic of Ours. There goes that Freedom, the "Right to Organize." Of course we next would have to rid ourselves of "Medicare and all the Benefits associated with it." As long as we're getting rid of all the Socialist, how about making being a "Democrat" illegal too! My question to you Sir is this, "In your vast experience, just how many hours have you spent in our Court Rooms being involved with actual Cases based on evidence? How often have you heard the term " Case Law" used as evidence in an Open Court? "Case Law" is perhaps the most powerful of evidence with the exception of a Smoking Gun in a Hand, and a Body on the Floor on Video. It appears to me Sir, that your goal is an All Out Civil War! This may be where We, as Americans, end up. But keep this in mind, while we are fighting amongst ourselves, just what is to prevent the Enemy from Killing Us All? If you and anyone else truly wants Change, then get your butts elected to some "Offices." School Boards, Cities, Counties, States, Precincts, something, instead of telling us all what's wrong with everyone else!

First, I have NEVER supported getting rid of all forms of socialism... Only the more virulent forms should be outlawed.
Socialism is not communism... Socialism will disappear under its own weight, once the federal government is pared back to its Constitutional functions. End the vast majority of Federally funded social programs. Return them to the state and local government for administration and funding if they want them. The state and local governments are closest to the problem. Let them decide how to deal with the needy.
As for social security and Medicare... Social Security is a quasi-government retirement and insurance Trust... intended to provide a means for the common man to invest in a government-insured retirement program. It is basically a retirement plan with insurance provisions... disability, surviving spouse and dependents, protections. Medicare is also a government underwritten insurance program, that if properly managed, would be self-funding. We need to purge all the non-qualifying individuals from both Social Security (SSI, etc) and the Medicaid transfer payments made to the states from Medicare. Let the States decide how to care for their indigent populations and the medically needy.
My goal is constitutional reform... not all-out civil war. However, should the left resolve to ignore our lawful appeals to return our government to its constitutional roles then we shall have no alternative. I have urged rational and lawful conduct... civil war with today's weapons would be counterproductive and lead to the end of any patio movement... as this is not 1776 or 1861... the weapons and warfare systems that can be brought to bear by our Government are devastating and would result in the conservative cause losing whatever leverage we have to engage peaceful reform.
We are being played by both sides of the same coin... Political Power. Each party wants to maintain the status quo given a mutually acceptable range of equal Librium... the people are being engineered psychologically maneuvered and politically used as pawns in the power struggle between the elites and their cohorts. The People must find a true champion ... like DONALD TRUMP who has both the leadership skills and RESOURCES to bring about real reform... that would have occurred this year had not the left and RINO's engineered the Election Fraud and Theft of the White House and both Houses of Congress.
What is needed now is a display of the people's basic powers to compel reform... We need to adopt the Lech Walesa, Polich Solidarity Movements model for compelling recalcitrant government to reform: A combination of political petition/demands, coupled to persistent labor and tax strikes, massive demonstrations, and peaceful civil disobedience, designed to Cause the current political powers to suffer serious economic loss and public support... losses, sufficient to get them to negotiate real government reforms: new elections, term limits, balanced budgets, and a return to the rule of law and basic constitutional due process.
Ronald,
I understand your point perfectly. You are correct in that many States, including our Federal Government have "Infringed" upon Our Bill of Rights where they have absolutely no jurisdiction nor authority to interfere. This is the "Sole Value of Case Law!" Any Legislative Body can create a "Legal Fiction." This "Fiction" will always be tested as a "Law", until " Challenged to assure that the Fiction remains within the Boundaries of Our Constitution and/or Does Not in anyway Our Bill of Rights", by a Superior State Court, either Appellate or Supreme. This "Decision is called a Case Law." If a Citizen feels the State to be in "Error", or if two or more States have " Conflicting Case Laws", the United States Supreme Court Must "Hear" the Case based solely on the "Boundaries of the Constitution and Infringement on the Bill of Rights, and nothing else. It is a Vert Narrow Playing Field designed to " Keep Principles Above Personalities."
