Trump needs someone to advise him according to the extra-authority he has through McCarren-Walter Immigration Act, to keep out any group of any people for any reason for any length of time. Congress ceded authority to POTUS.
Whatever law makes this possible should be ignored. We aren't some banana republic where the law of the jungle rules.
We really need to start doing the right thing for us, this country.
