    • I fail to see any confirmation of preparedness in that speech.  Unless insuring the troops have all had their China-virus shots or been drummed out of service is an example of preparedness.

      Maybe turning tail, dropping weaponry, and running away like frightened rabbits is now known as preparedness?   Losing becomes winning?  Our Commander-in- Chief is more of a danger to our own country than to any other on the planet.  But, then we don't really have a country anymore, do we? So, what would we be defending?  A free-for-all?
