    Probably "imported domestic terrorists" - - so, arrest ALL of them, ship them to gitmo and after trial and they are pronounced "guilty", take them out IMMEDIATELY and HANG THEM, one by one! Make certain the executions are on INTERNATIONAL television, everywhere in the world!  The terroristic threats will stop so fast, heads will spin and NO ONE, absolutely no one, will be willing to try it again!!
