    It is hard to actually determine the culprit, using my PC level of technology. The shooter sure looks like the dark hoodie running across the right half of the screen post discharge, though. This mans family, if any, should pursue this legally to ruin the deliberately derelict "Mayor" and DAs both financially and politically, with incarceration as a goal. Refusing to charge rioters,  and restricting federal assistance to keep the peace erases any sense of electoral full faith and confidence, and therefore immunity from outcome, in my opinion.  An appropriate example needs to be sought by the state or federal executive. It is a shame that post whipping is considered cruel and unusual, because I'd say it is rated.

    How much attention will the Liberal Media give THIS murder? We have shootings, and we have MURDER, and this was murder. Unprovoked, cold-blooded murder by Antifa. Will this get HALF the attention that the shootings of thugs got this week? Only if WE demand it!
