Lindsey Graham is a typical progressive politician... he is not conservative.
He believes in the process of government... that government exists to empower those who govern... Power for the powerful. He has no moral backbone and has never seen a government program or bill that empowered him as unworthy of his support. Graham is very familiar with revolving door politics... sometimes seen as merry-go-round statesmanship.
Graham has reached across the aisle so many times he has forgotten which party he actually identifies with...
