Princeton Faculty Demand Record of Arrested Students Be Expunged, Students Reinstated to University
National Review: A group of more than 100 Princeton faculty and post-docs have signed a letter demanding that the university reinstate and expunge the records of two graduate students who were arrested for trespassing while participating in an anti-Israel protest last week. “This repressive action, undertaken at the behest of the University administration, constitutes a grave threat to freedom of speech, dissent, and assembly on the Princeton campus,” reads the open letter, which was released on Saturday. An activist group called “Princeton Israeli Apartheid Divest” claims two graduate students, Hassan Sayed and Achinthya Sivalingan, were arrested for trespassing and “evicted” on Thursday. A Princeton University spokesperson confirmed that two graduate students had been arrested for trespassing and immediately barred from campus, pending a disciplinary process, but have not been evicted from university-owned housing(National Review). These are grown adults who must be held accountable for their actions.

There is a process for that encased in NJ law...

"you must wait five years after your sentence is served. All fines and fees must be paid. Sometimes, you can file for expungement after 4 years. You can expunge no more than one indictable conviction and up to three disorderly persons offenses or petty disorderly persons offenses."

The eggheads are not the law!

    • They are all going around the law. These idiots should have to live their lives in shame (if they even know what that means) for turning on their country.
They should have to wear a star do David for the rest of their lives so we all know who the traitors are. I'm sick of them all!

  • No more money to any of the schools! They are useless, they are the enemy, they are creating chaos!

OH, AND SEND ALL THE STUDENTS INVOLVED TO GAZA TO FIGHT FOR THE MUSLIMS THERE!
