It appears to me that the DEFENSE ATTORNEYS failed in their duty to their clients... they had to know that hours of video were available and would contain
exculpatory evidence as to their client's innocence? Some serious SPLAININ needs to be done by those defending the Jan 6th defendants... some very detailed and lengthy splainin as to why they should not be disbarred... for failure to provide anywhere near an adequate defense. It appears that coercive plea bargaining with innocent citizens is becoming routine.
The Jan 6 incident is serving to expose just how radical and oppressive our justice system has become.

Yes, defense attorneys are in bed with the prosecutors... They make deals on the side where both come out ahead and the defendant gets screwed.... Yes, disbarring should be on the top of the list....They definately failed to provide a defense for the Proud Boys.. Jail em all!!!
The level of corruption in the DOJ; Attorney General, FBI, etc., endangers all freedom loving citizens. How much longer until we lose the Constitution is a matter for conjecture, but sooner than most think I believe. The question is if we the people are going to give up our Constitution with a whimper?
The Proud Boys were set up to take the fall... They are American Heroes who had the balls to stand up.. I don't see any other men standing up like the Proud Boys!! If I could get out of my wheel chair I'd sure as hell stand up with them!!
