A radical leftwing group is laying plans to shut down the Supreme Court in response to a leaked opinion that overturns Roe v. Wade, the Washington Free Beacon has learned.
#ShutdownDC is planning to block streets adjoining the Court to prevent the justices and their staff from reaching their chambers. Organizers acknowledged their operations go beyond constitutionally protected activity, and they referenced the likelihood of arrests and clashes with law enforcement during a Tuesday night briefing the Free Beacon monitored.
"One of our goals would be to expand the current political crisis by shutting down the Supreme Court," one of the organizers said. The group planned the blockade for Monday, June 13, a day when the Court will likely hand down opinions.
#ShutdownDC is concocting its ploy amid continued concerns over the Supreme Court's security and that of the justices following the unprecedented leak. The Department of Homeland Security's intelligence arm circulated a memo in May warning of a sharp rise in threats to the High Court. Law enforcement is investigating violent threats from pro-abortion extremists against members of the Court as well as the Court building itself, the memo said.

The GOP chairs in every state need to convene a meeting requiring every candidate for every Republican office to attend. At that meeting, the chairperson should present a legislative agenda, which will be that party's stated goal should they attain majority. When I speak of "stated goals" I don't mean watery statements of principle. I mean hard, specific, legislation. Every candidate, from governor, congressional candidates and state reps/senators should take the sworn oath to support and vote for passage of those agenda items. There should also be an agenda of legislation issues which all must oppose. The party should then post on its website the names of any who refused or who refused to attend, at least a month prior to the election.
If there's going to be "party", then "party" has to have meaning and the voters need to understand that meaning clearly. At present, there is no meaning.
IF they are foolish enough to take on rural America they better be prepared to die because that is the likely result as we rural folks don't take kindly to their kind and WILL NOT BOW to them nor be intimidated by their bluster and tough talk!!!!!!!!!!

I am kinda surprised that SCOTUS has not gone gopher, and excavated a tunnel access to the Congressional subway.
Ir would not be too surprising if we were to find out they actually do have a tunnel and have been smart enough to keep it very secret.
