  • How... by defunding the agency and/or reorganizing it to eliminate the leadership that believes they don't need to respond fully to Congress...  When one reorganizes an agency they can remove the problem personnel and or establish departments and offices that report directly to congress or institute policy in the act authorizing the agency that make it impossible to withhold oversight information from congress.

    stop hiding behind poor regulation and lack of Congressional will to actually oversee certain programs and agencies that are problematic and unconstitutional... It is a POOR excuse to say the NIH, CDC, or any governmetn agency refuses to cooperate... when one holds the keys to all the doors of the institution and its funding.  Maybe just maybe Congress REALLY doesn't want to know... as it would require action to remove the program and its administration.
