Reminder that Bennie Thompson, the ranking democrat on the Homeland Security committee in the House, introduced legislation that would remove secret service protection from anyone convicted of a felony. So Trump goes to prison, and has no secret service protection. The idea is to make sure he gets the Derek Chauvin treatment. I used to think this sort of talk was hyperbole, but now I think they would really try to assassinate Trump to keep him out of the White House.
