The President has the Executive power to appoint and withdraw appointments under Article 2, Sections 1, 2, and 3 to "... take care that the laws be faithfully executed, and shall Commission all of the Officers of the United States." Quote US Constitution.
The Executive power to appoint inherently conveys the power to terminate appointments ... too, higher and firer all civil officers of the federal government (Executive Branch).
Article 2, Section 3, and Article 3, Section 1 provide the President with the power to remove Judges for BAD CONDUCT... without the need to impeach them... He appoints judges and therefore the inherent Executive power exists to revoke judicial appointments. The President needs to revoke the appointments of all federal justices who abuse their power... engaging in bad conduct.
Article 3, Section 1 states:
"The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services, a Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their Continuance Office."
The Chief Executive (The President) appoints judges and inherently has the power to terminate his commissions and appointments for BAD CONDUCT under Article 3, Section 1, (see above) Judges SERVE DURING GOOD BEHAVIOUR and are subject to removal by Executive action when they breach GOOD BEHAVIOR.
Judges, technically are not civil officials or members of the Executive branch and, therefore, are not subject to impeachment. See: Article 2, Section 4 of the US Constitution... Impeachment is reserved for the VP, President, and CIVIL Officers (Officers of the Executive Branch) of the United States.
The Judicial branch, its officers, and Judges are not CIVIL OFFICERS... they are part of the Judicial Branch of Government. Judges may have their Presidential Commissions revoked by Executive action... orders or warrants. Appeal for relief from a President who abuses his removal powers is IMPEACHMENT.

Bump... Why are we permitting unelected Judges to run the Government.... set policy using judicial dicta, findings, and orders. In addition, the Judiciary has no internal enforcement power... their findings, orders, and judgments must be enforced by the Executive Branch...
