Opening doors to other nations as if we are all just besties is asinine. They have been Out Of Bounds for decades. They can define nothing accurately, correctly or even almost. They are jokes. They can be impeached. They can be removed. There Is NO word "Lifetime," anywhere in Art 3. Not there. That is just one more bullshit item that people won't bother to look up to see if it's real.
